Walking on the side road.

Walking on the side road I often feel the world around me is much faster in their pace. High speed vehicles and jam packed roads; either my mind doesn’t fit in or they are in a different frame of reference. Not only the physical velocity is different but the expressions on the faces. Out of blue, sometimes, I find some lonely expressions too; perhaps the time I feel I am not alone. There are other alike.

Its not that I never tried to catch up, I often run hard, so hard, and for some brief time I am one of them but it doesn’t take too long to realize I am too exhausted. I can’t run anymore. I fell of with broken breath, uneven heart beat and my lonely gazes trying to find those, who were with me, for a moment. But they are long gone.

i wonder if these are the aftershocks of the car being stolen?? [;)]
jokes apart, but this too is a part of that loop u mentioned earlier. finding urself abandoned and then realizing that that isnt as true. but then u dont want to be with the ones who r there and begin ur search for those who arent. we ignore wat we have and want wat we cant have...we end up disappointed, heartbroken, n exauhsted
may Allah give you the strngth to continue running till u reach ur destination.

Instead of running n trying to catch up with the motorists, u can try finding a fellow pedestrian who is lonely too. That shud be much easier.

Ew! Prawn Pizza. Ewwwwwwwww. :P

IRT this post, driving is always such an adventure. You never know who or what you'll see. The other day, I saw - in the back of a pick up - among other furniture, what looked horrifyingly like a BUBBLE WRAPPED HUMAN BODY! upright, with arms wrapped slightly sticking out of the body. Grouse. I had half a mind to stop the pickup and ask what exactly it was. My phone had dies so i couldn't take a pic.

I do, however, have a pic of a pickup with a tatty old doll taped to the back of his cab! the blonde kind of 'baby' doll little girls play 'i'm your mommy' with.

'night is the mother of thoughts.' i totally agree. i don't know whether you're up for opera music but you should download 'the music of the night'from 'the phantom of the opera.' i think it expresses the beauty of the night perfectly.
